1. The committee is planning to organize a briefing session to update the purchasers on the progress situation on the Ukay Bistari development.
2. Details are as follows:
a. Date: 6th Aug 2010 (Friday)
b. Time: 0800 pm-1100 pm
c. Location: Auditorium, Level 1, Menara MPAJ
3. Agenda:
a. Briefing on progress related to Block A to Block F
b. Issue on Notice of termination by developer
c. Status of financial assistance from Selangor State
d. Legal issues surrounding
i. LAD
ii. Termination notices
iii. LAD contra with progress payment
iv. Statute of limitation
v. Protecting Purchasers right
vi. Sectional TCF (on block by block basis)
e. Q&A
4. The committee will try to bring legal experts to give some explanation.
5. The event will only be conducted if we have minimum of 100 participants as we need to share the cost of the auditorium (About RM 10 per person). If 200 people show up, it will be RM 5 per person.
